Would you rather a room of concrete or plywood?
Comments (16)We are yet to move into our new home. I like both of these products very much but not enough to use them through the entire house. We have beautiful blond plywood on our very high sloping ceiling in our living space; no nails or fixings visible and a narrow black shadow line between the gaps. we will be having concrete 'sexy floors' (Trade Name) in our studio and garage, a wonderful glossy finish that are absolutely non-toxic. Different patterns available....See MoreGIVEAWAY: How would you like to spoil mum this Mother's Day?

Comments (14)You obviously like the sofa because you bought it for a room that doesn’t get used?... Because the sofa has no “texture” or warmth to it, you will have to bring texture and warmth into the room with cushions and natural pieces. The shiny coffee table is also not adding any warmth to the room. Again you must like it if you purchased it. I would add cushions with lots of texture as per photos attached. Bring in rattan pieces as well. A rattan serving tray in the middle of coffee table, a rattan plant stand for the corner. Install sheer linen curtains over the blind. Again the blind is not full of texture and warmth. Adding a sheer curtain would make a difference. Look at photos on google “minimalist boho lounge rooms”. See if you like that decorating aesthetic. It seems at the moment every thing is shiny and bland....See MoreHow would you furnish this living/dining room?
