This home was undergoing a major transformation when we had our initial site assessment and client brief.
The build was being carried out by Newmark constructions and they kindly referred our services to the clients to assist in creating new gardens following construction.
The waterfront property is on a sloping block so the rear garden area was tiered into 3 areas, or zones.
The first area is a raised deck level with the inside of the home to create a seamless indoor / outdoor living space, below this, a level lawn provides a great area for the children to play and enjoy the water views.
There is a final area accessed via a set of stairs leading down to the waters edge in which there is a private, secluded rock garden and turf area with boat jetty.

The view and outlook are sensational so we left this open and unobstructed concentrating on perimeter planting and low maintenance hedges to frame the house and view beyond.
