A mass planting of Zoysia grasses create an amazing 'rippled carpet' affect in the front gardens which are complimented by structural planting of Agave, Crassula, flax and Raphiolepsis.

Ficus Plumer have been installed on the entrance wall to garage to eventually climb the walls and soften the dramatic exterior faced.
