Modular Extension
Our clients' home in Highett came with a badly built 1970’s extension. Poor natural light, leaky ceilings and a dated kitchen made them realise that they needed to do something to rectify the situation for their family of four. After considering a number of options, our clients settled upon a modular extension designed in conjunction with Precon Living builders.
This option meant that the family would only have to manage through minimal disruption during a two week on-site installation, rather than a 3-4 month build. The modular extension was fabricated in Precon’s Narbethong workshop and installed on site in less than a day. On site finishes took another two weeks to finalise, including the re-instatement of a pool fence.
The modular extension has provided the family with a light filled, contemporary space to their home, with a minimum of fuss, and disruption. You can learn more about Precon Living’s modular homes, including extensions by following the link http://www.preconliving.com.au
