A bit of a space planning challenge with angled walls and really tight space to make a separate tub, shower and double sinks fit, but nothing we couldn't handle. Our client selected the tile, vanity and plumbing fixtures with our guidance.

Our customer wanted a contemporary style bathroom that will allow aging in place. Some of the features we incorporated are: counter height vanity, ADA height toilet, grab bar at the tub that matches the style of the other fixtures, curbless shower with a bench and handheld shower.

The newly renovated three bedroom cottage is a north facing home which has been designed to capture the sun and the cooling summer breeze. Inside, the home is light-filled, open plan and imbues instant calm with a luxe palette of coastal and hinterland tones.
