King Visual Design Inc.This small bathroom for a boy has a lot of impact and playfulness due to the bubble tiles. The shower has a Perrin and Rowe exposed shower pipe with hand shower and large rainhead. The shower enclosure is glass with rolling glass door. The vanity faucet is mounted to the mirror face and is from Perrin and Rowe. The small cabinet behind the toilet holds tissue and toletries. This bathroom was so compact in size, the custom vanity had to have a curved front to allow the door to swing past.
John McClain DesignIn a small bathroom, we chose to add a focal point with a rustic marble tile cut in a chevron pattern for the shower walls. The large scale lighter toned marble floors create a contrast with the dark brown of the wall stone and vanity. A curbless shower floor and frame-less glass shower wall allows less interruption of space and makes this small bath feel a bit larger.

Sweetlake Interior Design LLCThis is an older house in Rice University that needed an updated master bathroom. The original shower was only 36" x 36". Spa Bath Renovation Spring 2014, Design and build. We moved the tub, shower and toilet to different locations to make the bathroom look more organized. We used pure white caeserstone counter tops, hansgrohe metris faucet, glass mosaic tile (Daltile - City Lights), stand silver 12 x 24 porcelain floor cut into 4 x 24 strips to make the chevron pattern on the floor, shower glass panel, shower niche, rain shower head, wet bath floating tub. Custom cabinets in a grey stain with mirror doors and circle overlays. The tower in center features charging station for toothbrushes, iPADs, and cell phones. Spacious Spa Bath. TV in bathroom, large chandelier in bathroom. Half circle cabinet doors with mirrors. Anther chandelier in a master bathroom. This homes designed to offer more than the standard, ubiquitous rear-yard waterfront outdoor space. A central courtyard offer the residents a respite from the heat that accompanies west sun, and creates a gorgeous intermediate view fro guest staying in the semi-attached guest suite, who can actually SEE THROUGH the main living space and enjoy the bay views.
Noble materials such as stone cladding, oak floors, composite wood louver screens and generous amounts of glass lend to a relaxed, warm-contemporary feeling not typically common to these types of homes.
