Просторная спальная с изолированной гардеробной комнатой и мастер-ванной на втором уровне. Вдоль окон спроектировали диван с выдвижными ящиками для хранения. Несущие балки общиты деревянными декоративными панелями. Черная металлическая клетка предназначена для собак владельцев квартиры. Вместо телевизора в этой комнате также установили проектор, который проецирует на белую стену (без дополнительного экрана).

This boys room was created within the eaves space in the loft, making the most of dormer windows and creating bespoke joinery for additional storage. We clad the vertical walls with tongue & groove panelling, using a horizontal line at dado level to introducing colour to the lower section to add character and personality. The en-suite shower rom was centrally positioned to help divide the room, creating distinct sleeping and relaxing areas.

In questo progetto siamo intervenuti con il compito di “Restaurare” alcune zone della casa, partendo appunto dalla camera da letto. Questa camera è stata arredata con pezzi acquistati nel corso del tempo, senza una ricerca accurata, ma solo con l’obiettivo di rendere questo spazio facilmente fruibile e con le necessità del momento. Siamo quindi intervenuti senza stravolgere la disposizione degli arredi, ma solo selezionando con accuratezza e con filo logico arredi che comunicassero tra loro, sia cromaticamente che come forme. Abbiamo quindi progettato un armadio ad angolo che non solo crea privacy accedendo alla camera, ma sfrutta la profondità per creare una libreria nella schiena. Sotto la finestra abbiamo disegnato e verrà costruita una scarpiera totalmente laccata con angoli a 45° e apertura battente push-pull; il letto targato Twils, diventa il centro nevralgico della stanza, con una testiera alta quasi 160cm è imponente e leggero allo stesso tempo. Infine, un tappeto da esterni totalmente lavabile, verrà posizionato in parte sottto il letto, creando quindi una zona che eviti di toccare il freddo marmo una volta sceso dal letto.

The bespoke joinery were finished with tongue & groove panelling, as were the vertical walls. We created a distinct relaxing area beyond the en-suite, separate to the main sleeping area, providing not only a generous chill out seating area, but also an additional sleeping zone with the sofa bed for sleepovers.

An industrial apartment in Dumbo near the Brooklyn Bridge and Manhattan bridge gets the cozy mood with the muted palette. Indoor plants and flowers elevated the space. The client wanted the look of the concrete ceiling, so two toned painting was introduced to this project.

Charming modern European guest cottage with Spanish and moroccan influences located on the coast of Baja! This casita was designed with airbnb short stay guests in mind. The sleeping area is large in feel, although considered a jr. studio by design, houses a lovely queen size canopy bed draped with fine linen and dressed in layers of luxurious bed linens with a flickering Moravian star hanging above for truly a romantic feel. The bed is flanked with a pair of customized bedside tables using sections of a vintage wrought iron gate as decorative supports. The custom "open swing" wood windows have hand forged iron slide latches with Italian tassels hanging from each one. The windows are draped with indigo blue and bone striped Turkish cotton towels made into drapery panels. Shared with the living room area you'll find a hand plastered beehive fireplace, a pair of exquisite vintage leather bergere chairs with matching ottomans facing a wall mount roku tv and gorgeous antique buffet used as a credenza to hold books, games and extra linens perfect for relaxation enjoying the custom wall fountain and charming patio area through the salvaged black French doors.
