AFTER PHOTO This large living room was decorated by a designer in the early 1980 and hadn't been updated since. There were some wonderful pieces that just needed freshening up or reinvention. We kept the best and got rid of the worst, extending our client's budget to a look they now love. The custom 14 foot sofa sits under an antique mirror and a collection of art photographs in coordinating gold frames. Gold accents are the perfect touch to warm up the cool grey walls and carpet. The green and peacock accent colors really pop. The Louis chairs were vintage pieces reinvented in a fun neoclassical treatment. photo: KC Vansen
