Дизайн-проект частного загородного дома, общей площадью 120 м2, расположенного в коттеджном поселке «Изумрудные горки» Ленинградской области. Проект разрабатывался в начале 2020 года, основываясь на главном пожелании заказчиков: «Сбежать из городской квартиры». Острой необходимостью стала покупка загородного жилья и обустройство его под функциональное пространство для работы и отдыха вне городской среды. Интерьер должен был быть сдержанным, строгим и в тоже время уютным. Чтобы добиться камерной атмосферы преимущественно были использованы натуральные отделочные материалы темных тонов. Строгие графичные элементы проходят линиями по всем помещения, подчеркивая конструкционные особенности дома и планировку, которая была разработана с учетом всех потребностей каждого из членов семьи и отличается от стандартной планировки, предложенной застройщиком. Das Patienten WC ist ähnlich ausgeführt wie die Zahnhygiene, die Tapete zieht sich durch, der Waschtisch ist hier in eine Nische gesetzt. Pendelleuchten von der Decke setzen Lichtakzente auf der Tapete. DIese verleiht dem Raum eine Tiefe und vergrößert ihn optisch.

Marble slabs on both the floor and shower walls take this sumptuous all-white bathroom to the next level. The existing peek-a-boo window frames the San Francisco bay view. The custom built-in cabinetry with a pretty vanity and ample mirrors allow for perfect makeup application. The bespoke fixtures complete the look.

Guest Bathroom with a Gray 12"x 24" porcelain tile for the main floor. We kept the tub surround very simple with a clean white subway tile. Accented the tub surround with a Glass mosaic waterfall pattern. Used a white quartz counter top to pair with the dark gray shaker style vanity.

Mid-sized contemporary kids bathroom in London with a drop-in tub, a shower/bathtub combo, a wall-mount toilet, grey walls, a drop-in sink, grey floor, flat-panel cabinets, grey cabinets, gray tile and an open shower.

This design / build project in Los Angeles, CA. focused on a couple’s master bathroom. There were multiple reasons that the homeowners decided to start this project. The existing skylight had begun leaking and there were function and style concerns to be addressed. Previously this dated-spacious master bathroom had a large Jacuzzi tub, sauna, bidet (in a water closet) and a shower. Although the space was large and offered many amenities they were not what the homeowners valued and the space was very compartmentalized. The project also included closing off a door which previously allowed guests access to the master bathroom. The homeowners wanted to create a space that was not accessible to guests. Painted tiles featuring lilies and gold finishes were not the style the homeowners were looking for. Desiring something more elegant, a place where they could pamper themselves, we were tasked with recreating the space. Chief among the homeowners requests were a wet room with free standing tub, floor-mounted waterfall tub filler, and stacked stone. Specifically they wanted the stacked stone to create a central visual feature between the shower and tub. The stacked stone is Limestone in Honed Birch. The open shower contrasts the neighboring stacked stone with sleek smooth large format tiles. A double walnut vanity featuring crystal knobs and waterfall faucets set below a clearstory window allowed for adding a new makeup vanity with chandelier which the homeowners love. The walnut vanity was selected to contrast the light, white tile. The bathroom features Brizo and DXV.

This Dover Shores, Newport Beach home was built with a young hip Newport Beach family in mind. Bright and airy finishes were used throughout, with a modern twist. The palette is neutral with lots of geometric blacks, whites and grays. Cement tile, beautiful hardwood floors and natural stone were used throughout.
