Modernes Ambiente der Gradlinigkeit

Grade Linien und Kontraste geben der SieMatic-Küche ein modernes Ambiente, dass dennoch zum Wohlfühlen einlädt: Ein Block als Kücheninsel sorgt für gut erreichbare Arbeitsbereiche mit kurzen Wegen, während an den Längsseiten Unterschränke mit Arbeitsplatten bzw. eine deckenhohe Schrankwand für Stauraum und Nutzen sorgen. Der große Raum wurde stilvoll mit zwei Küchenzeilen und einer mittigen Insel eingerichtet, um den Flügeltüren in den Garten ebenso Platz zu geben wie dem offenen Zugang zum Esszimmer. Dabei wurde eine Zeile als deckenhoch gestaltete Schrankwand konzipiert, in der Küchen-Elektrogeräte modernster Varianten vom Backofen über den Konvektomaten bis hin zu weiterführenden Kühlmöglichkeiten wie dem Getränkekühler mit Glasfront integriert wurden. Die weitere Zeile bietet Stauraum und ergänzende Stellflächen zur praktisch und komfortabel gestalteten Kücheninsel mit den Arbeitsbereichen. Die Kücheninsel wurde geräumig und mittig platziert, wodurch kurze Arbeitswege entstehen. Spülbereich und Kochstelle liegen nah beieinander, erhalten jedoch durch die üppigen Stellflächen viel Bewegungsfreiheit. Für die Erreichbarkeit von Vorräten und Küchenutensilien reicht die Drehung zur Schrankwand, in der zudem die hoch eingebauten Küchengeräte bereitstehen. Die Spüle wurde mit einer eleganten Einhebelmischgarnitur in mattem Schwarz ergänzt, auf Ablaufflächen wurde hingegen verzichtet. Der Kochbereich kommt hingegen mit einem modernen Dunstabzug zum Einsatz, der in das Ceranfeld eingelassen wurde. Glatte Oberflächen mit fließenden Übergängen an Fronten und Arbeitsflächen geben nicht nur optischen Schick, sondern sorgen auch für pflegeleichte Reinigungseigenschaften in der täglichen Nutzung. Als stilvolles Highlight findet sich eine moderne Glasvitrine als Ecklösung, um hübsches Geschirr und Gläser apart und praktisch erreichbar zu machen.

Fresh, bright and modern and just the right look to take us into the Spring! This latest project of ours is all about maximising the light and minimising the clutter and perfectly demonstrates how we can design and build bespoke spaces in a totally contemporary style. The run of tall, handleless cabinets which have been hand painted in Fired Earth’s Dover Cliffs, have been purposely planned to reflect the natural light from the bi-fold doors. And, who would know that this wall also ‘hides’ doors to the utility room? They’ve been designed to blend with the cabinetry to create a seamless look – now known by the family as the ‘Narnia Doors’! Whilst the soft hue of the blue island (F&B’s Hague Blue) injects a lovely balance with the white, the drama of the black marble tiles (from Fired Earth’s Chequers Court range) ensures there’s nothing bland or sterile about this kitchen. The Neff ovens are banked together within the run of cabinets whilst the Miele Induction hob is conveniently located opposite, in a 50mm Silestone Statuario Quartz worktop. The stand-alone Quooker Flex tap in Chrome is elegant against the marble tiles and the LED Strip lighting above and underneath wall cabinets provides the necessary ‘glow’ when the nights draw in.

Je suis fier de vous présenter ma nouvelle réalisation ! Un projet d'exception dans un espace incroyable. Voici la nouvelle cuisine de Mme C. Une cuisine de rêve qui donne envie de s’y mettre tout de suite ! La pièce a été rénovée du sol au plafond, en travaillant autour du noir. Ma cliente souhaitait une cuisine full black à la fois élégante et lumineuse. Nous avons donc sélectionné des meubles noir de qualité, avec une finition « peau de pêche ». Soyeux au toucher, ils offrent cette touche de confort tout en douceur. Pour apporter de la brillance, nous avons également travaillé sur un jeu de lumières. Les spots du plafond et ceux intégrés dans les meubles illuminent subtilement l’acier de l’électroménager et des sièges de bar. Des heures de travail, de la conception à la réalisation, ont été nécessaires pour un résultat tout simplement sublime. Les finitions sont impeccables dans tous les recoins de la cuisine ! 1. What Makes a Good Kitchen Design, and Why is it Important?

For starters, you want to find a balance between aesthetics and function. You may have heard of the ‘kitchen work triangle’, which refers to the space between your fridge, sink and stove. You want everything within easy reach when you’re working in the kitchen and look beautiful at the same time. It’s a good idea to take note of both when browsing our photo gallery.

2. Consider Your Space to Determine Your Kitchen Layout

Firstly, consider the space you have, and the limitations that come with it. Do you have a small kitchen and need to maximise your workspace and storage? Can you allow yourself some more space and a big island with seating? Are you designing your kitchen from scratch or renovating an existing design? Which appliances do you already own and what are their measurements? Are there windows you need to take into consideration when planning cabinets? How do kitchen, living and dining areas connect? Depending on your space and needs, you want to use a shape that suits you. U, G, or L-shaped kitchen, with or without island or peninsula? Know your dimensions, plan cabinetry carefully and consider the placement of your appliances. You don’t want to end up with a finished design, only for your significant other to question where the fridge is supposed to go. Consider from the start where your fridge, oven, microwave and sink goes to save yourself from starting again from scratch - remember the kitchen work triangle! You also want to plan the layout of your cabinets. Maybe you’re planning for a pantry and can do with less storage space in your kitchen, so that your design can be one without upper or lower cabinets for a different look. A corner cabinet can be a smart storage solution if you want to keep the look clean and simple.

3. Decide on a Kitchen Style, But Don’t Forget Practicality

You want the style of your kitchen to reflect your personality and taste. Consider what your cooking style is for a start - Italy is known for its cuisine, so italian kitchen designs are generally popular. Also consider ergonomics - depending on how much time you spend in your kitchen, the height of your counters can make a big difference to your overall health. You also want to consider colour and finishes of cabinets, countertops and splashbacks. Which colour do you want your cupboards to be? Simple, timeless white or rather making a statement in black? Maybe rather a rustic wood? Also consider the colour of your floor - if you have dark floors, you may want to keep cabinets lighter. You could also go for an all-white look and choose black appliances for contrast. Once you know which style you fancy, don’t forget how you will be using the space. You want to keep cooking in mind, as well as how easy to clean and maintain the space will be. How many cooks do you need to accommodate? Do you have kids around? How much storage do you need?
