Jens Frederick Larson designed this frat house in 1926. This is the original door casing on the interior of the front door, oak with a dark stain. Our builder carefully sanded and repaired, and touched up the stain. We used a satin sheen finish, a softer look than the old varnish. Photo by Rob Karosis
