The new pantry is located where the old pantry was housed. The exisitng pantry contained standard wire shelves and bi-fold doors on a basic 18" deep closet. The homeowner wanted a place for deocorative storage, so without changing the footprint, we were able to create a more functional, more accessible and definitely more beautiful pantry! Mid-sized traditional l-shaped eat-in kitchen in Minneapolis with soapstone benchtops, a double-bowl sink, raised-panel cabinets, white cabinets, light hardwood floors and with island.

The unsual setting of the property on a hill in Kingston, along with tricky planning considerations, meant that we had to achieve a space split into different floor levels and with an irregular shape. This allowed us to create diverse spaces inside and out maximizing the natural light ingress on the east and south whilst optimizing the connection between internal and external areas. Vaulted ceilings, crisp finishes, minimalistic lines, modern windows and doors, and a sharp composite cladding resulted in an elegant, airy, and well-lighted dream home.

This is an example of a small transitional u-shaped eat-in kitchen in Los Angeles with a double-bowl sink, shaker cabinets, green cabinets, quartz benchtops, white splashback, stainless steel appliances, no island and white benchtop.

Set within an airy contemporary extension to a lovely Georgian home, the Siatama Kitchen is our most ambitious project to date. The client, a master cook who taught English in Siatama, Japan, wanted a space that spliced together her love of Japanese detailing with a sophisticated Scandinavian approach to wood. At the centre of the deisgn is a large island, made in solid british elm, and topped with a set of lined drawers for utensils, cutlery and chefs knifes. The 4-post legs of the island conform to the 寸 (pronounced ‘sun’), an ancient Japanese measurement equal to 3cm. An undulating chevron detail articulates the lower drawers in the island, and an open-framed end, with wood worktop, provides a space for casual dining and homework. A full height pantry, with sliding doors with diagonally-wired glass, and an integrated american-style fridge freezer, give acres of storage space and allow for clutter to be shut away. A plant shelf above the pantry brings the space to life, making the most of the high ceilings and light in this lovely room.

A contemporary kitchen with beautiful navy blue cabinetry makes this space stand out from the rest! A textured backsplash adds texture to the space and beautifully compliments the dimensional granite. Stainless steel appliances and and cabinet pulls are the perfect choice to not over power the navy cabinetry. The light laminate floors adds a natural and coastal feel to the room.
