This early 1990's home was built with a large wall and large brick fireplace separating the kitchen and family room. As part of the kitchen and family room remodel, the wall and fireplace were removed. However, the fireplace remains on the second floor, so large, engineered support beams were installed to allow this open concept kitchen. Now light and bright, the newly configured floor plan makes the most of the beautiful golf course view.
