STEP IV : Use of elevated trucks or our dumpsters will allow for quick and safe debris removal. STEP V : Complete removal of the existing roof system. STEP VI : Inspection and replacement of any damaged wood members. STEP VII : Inspecting nailing pattern and refastening entire roof deck. STEP VIII : Remove and replace any fascia boards as needed. STEP IX : Install additional seal around roof penetrations. STEP X : Application of base sheet. STEP XI : Completed installation of base sheet -- 30-lb. STEP XII : Install fire retardant barrier. STEP XIII : Jobs specific manufacturing of panels STEP XIV : Approved clips and screws. STEP XV : Installation of new skylights. STEP XVI : Install new EPDM compression boots over plumbing stacks and new vents over kitchen, dryer, and bathroom exhaust openings. STEP XVII : Install trim, cap metal at all hip & ridge areas. STEP XVIII : Roof completed.
