At the onset of this design project, we had to be conscious of existing architectural conditions that would affect the rhythm of the pickup valance used for the window dressing. Soffits and a mechanical pipe were moved to enable the installation of the draperies. A Martin Blank glass sculpture enhances the rich details of this glamorous living room.
