This remodel features Cabico Unique Vanity cabinets with Maple wood 625/k (recessed panel) inset framed cabinets and Chantilly (while) paint finish. It also features Cambria quartz countertops w/ Oakmore color and standard edge. The bath floor tile is 6”x24” Anatolia vintage wood with saddle color and herringbone pattern. The shower wall tile is 12”x24” Anatolia Kahahari with mica color and the back and front of the showers is 3”x12”Artisan Glass mist. The accent linear mosaic tile is Anatolia Bliss Fusion clay. Other features include Kohler persuade white toilet, Brizo Virage finish for faucet, rain head, showerhead, and robe hooks, Kohler verticyl square sinks and Emteck Lido Knobs. What makes this project interesting was they installed new transom windows.

By moving a wall and a couple doorways, we maximized the bathroom space and created a private bathroom entrance. The master bedroom consequentially feels more spacious due to shifting the master bedroom access point and removing a closet. Modern brass hardware and white quartz counters lend a modern touch to the warm, down-to-earth finish of the Knotty Alder flat panel doors in this vanity.

North Park Hill Bathroom Remodel

This bathroom in our client's lovely three bedroom one bath home in the North Park Neighborhood needed some serious help. The existing layout and size created a cramped space seriously lacking storage and counter space. The goal of the remodel was to expand the bathroom to add a larger vanity, bigger bath tub long and deep enough for soaking, smart storage solutions, and a bright updated look. To do this we pushed the southern wall 18 inches, flipped flopped the vanity to the opposite wall, and rotated the toilet. A new 72 inch three-wall alcove tub with subway tile and a playfull blue penny tile make create the spacous and bright bath/shower enclosure. The custom made-to-order shower curtain is a fun alternative to a custom glass door. A small built-in tower of storage cubbies tucks in behind wall holding the shower plumbing. The vanity area inlcudes an Ikea cabinet, counter, and faucet with simple mirror medicine cabinet and chrome wall sconces. The wall color is Reflection by Sherwin-Williams.
