This main bath suite is a dream come true for my client. We worked together to fix the architects weird floor plan. Now the plan has the free standing bathtub in perfect position. We also fixed the plan for the master bedroom and dual His/Her closets. This basement remodel held special significance for an expectant young couple eager to adapt their home for a growing family. Facing the challenge of an open layout that lacked functionality, our team delivered a complete transformation. The project's scope involved reframing the layout of the entire basement, installing plumbing for a new bathroom, modifying the stairs for code compliance, and adding an egress window to create a livable bedroom. The redesigned space now features a guest bedroom, a fully finished bathroom, a cozy living room, a practical laundry area, and private, separate office spaces. The primary objective was to create a harmonious, open flow while ensuring privacy—a vital aspect for the couple. The final result respects the original character of the house, while enhancing functionality for the evolving needs of the homeowners expanding family.

The original main bathroom for this 1930's brick colonial hadn't seen the light of white since it's last re-haul in the 70s, It has been completely transformed from a heavy pink-tiled nightmare (walls, ceilings, arches everywhere) and returned to it's classic black and white architectural roots.

This master bathroom has beautiful marble tile on the floors and in the shower. The soft palette is offset by the bold colors of the artwork which bring in the colors of their master bedroom.

Two bathroom renovation in the heart of the historic Roland Park area in Maryland. A complete refresh for the kid's bathroom with basketweave marble floors and traditional subway tile walls and wainscoting. Working in small spaces, the primary was extended to create a large shower with new Carrara polished marble walls and floors. Custom picture frame wainscoting to bring elegance to the space as a nod to its traditional design. Chrome finishes throughout both bathrooms for a clean, timeless look.
