I was brought in on this Master Bathroom project to help design the floor-plan and select the materials. We started out by moving the location of the bathroom door (not pictured). Moving the door allowed the areas where the vanities are located, to have better use. I then selected this porcelain tile for the flooring and walls. We eliminated the curb from this shower and had a custom shower enclosure made. These glass doors are just about 8' high. I wanted to keep the crown molding that was already in the bathroom, so we ran the wall tile to the bottom of the crown molding. The custom built storage bench really makes the space beautiful. Rachiele Custom Sinks
This dazzling transformation turned a mundane kitchen into a chef's dream. This renovation story features the installation of a 60" Copper Farmhouse Sink equipped with the Harmony Dual Drain Workstation.
Before Description:
The original kitchen featured a small double bowl sink that lacked sophistication and functionality. It was a reminder of a bygone era, one that the homeowner was eager to leave behind.
After Description:
Post-renovation, the kitchen now boasts a magnificent 60" copper farmhouse sink that fits seamlessly into the Quartzite Cristalo countertop. This sink is expertly handcrafted with 14 gauge cold rolled domestic copper. The Harmony Dual Drain system elevates the culinary experience, allowing for seamless multitasking and organization.
Design Philosophy:
This project exemplifies Rachiele's commitment to transforming kitchens into spaces that blend artistry with utility. We believe a sink should be the heart of the kitchen, and with this renovation, we've turned that philosophy into a reality.
Our client was so thrilled with his kitchen sink, he ordered another custom copper sink for his lavatory.

This homeowner’s daughter originally contacted us on behalf of her parents who were reluctant to begin the remodeling process in their home due to the inconvenience and dust. Once we met and they dipped their toes into the process, we were off to the races. The existing bathroom in this beautiful historical 1920’s home, had not been updated since the 70’/80’s as evidenced by the blue carpeting, mirrored walls and dropped ceilings. In addition, there was very little storage, and some health setbacks had made the bathroom difficult to maneuver with its tub shower.
Once we demoed, we discovered everything we expected to find in a home that had not been updated for many years. We got to work bringing all the electrical and plumbing up to code, and it was just as dusty and dirty as the homeowner’s anticipated! Once the space was demoed, we got to work building our new plan. We eliminated the existing tub and created a large walk-in curb-less shower.
An existing closet was eliminated and in its place, we planned a custom built in with spots for linens, jewelry and general storage. Because of the small space, we had to be very creative with the shower footprint, so we clipped one of the walls for more clearance behind the sink. The bathroom features a beautiful custom mosaic floor tile as well as tiled walls throughout the space. This required lots of coordination between the carpenter and tile setter to make sure that the framing and tile design were all properly aligned. We worked around an existing radiator and a unique original leaded window that was architecturally significant to the façade of the home. We had a lot of extra depth behind the original toilet location, so we built the wall out a bit, moved the toilet forward and then created some extra storage space behind the commode. We settled on mirrored mullioned doors to bounce lots of light around the smaller space.
We also went back and forth on deciding between a single and double vanity, and in the end decided the single vanity allowed for more counter space, more storage below and for the design to breath a bit in the smaller space. I’m so happy with this decision! To build on the luxurious feel of the space, we added a heated towel bar and heated flooring.
One of the concerns the homeowners had was having a comfortable floor to walk on. They realized that carpet was not a very practical solution but liked the comfort it had provided. Heated floors are the perfect solution. The room is decidedly traditional from its intricate mosaic marble floor to the calacutta marble clad walls. Elegant gold chandelier style fixtures, marble countertops and Morris & Co. beaded wallpaper provide an opulent feel to the space.
The gray monochromatic pallet keeps it feeling fresh and up-to-date. The beautiful leaded glass window is an important architectural feature at the front of the house. In the summertime, the homeowners love having the window open for fresh air and ventilation. We love it too!
The curb-less shower features a small fold down bench that can be used if needed and folded up when not. The shower also features a custom niche for storing shampoo and other hair products. The linear drain is built into the tilework and is barely visible. A frameless glass door that swings both in and out completes the luxurious feel.

Timeless and classic elegance were the inspiration for this master bathroom renovation project. The designer used a Cararra porcelain tile with mosaic accents and traditionally styled plumbing fixtures from the Kohler Artifacts collection to achieve the look. The vanity is custom from Mouser Cabinetry. The cabinet style is plaza inset in the polar glacier elect finish with black accents. The tub surround and vanity countertop are Viatera Minuet quartz.

Elegant French country style brings a richness to this Traditional Master bathroom which was completely renovated. The white raised panel cabinets stand out with the petite glass handles for drawer pulls. The gold traditional wall mirrors make a statement with the gold vanity lights dripping with crystals. The visual comfort wall sconce also dripped with crystals creates an ambiance reflecting the light and the blue walls. The classic clawfoot tub make a huge statement to this space. Added to the walls are gold European picture frame boxes that stand tall and linear. There is a black marble mosaic inlay design in the middle of the Carrara marble flooring.
Classic Kitchens, Etc.
From the beginning you can see the colors inside this space pop. Like Jay says, you can coordinate or contrast when designing a space. Well we definitely coordinated perfectly I would say. Starting with the rich cinnamon stain on the alder wood cabinets that brings the warmth and depth, then moving to the porcelain tile of the shower, that has cool beige tones with hints of grey to match the brushed nickel hardware used throughout. This color palette definitely pleases the senses.
The cabinetry utilizes raised panel doors and drawers, donned with brushed nickel hardware. Then we topped them with a stunning Taj Mahal quartzite natural stone. A four inch backsplash and undermount square sinks finish off the look as they sit below two brand new beveled glass mirrors.
The shower definitely steals the show. Floor to ceiling 12x24 porcelain tile that perfectly mimics vein cut travertine. Moen Vass shower fixtures matching the faucets on the counter top were used in quite the varying degrees. We offered a rain shower head over head, a hand shower head that is adjustable in height and comes with its own multi-function spray head. A thermostatic valve, with a transfer valve as well. In the shower we also rebuild the shower bench seat utilizing the same Taj Mahal quartzite stone. The glass enclosure was cut perfectly to match the shape and function of the seat. The flooring has a 2x2 porcelain mosaic in the same series as the wall. Two functional grab bars, two niches, and a frameless shower enclosure that closes it all in stunningly.
The flooring boasts the same 12x24 porcelain tile as the shower walls, in a matte finish laid in the same pattern and direction as the shower itself.

A light clean master bathroom is the perfect retreat in the master suite.
Custom cabinets offer ample storage with hidden pull-outs under each sink, an extra stack of drawers, and a tower cabinet for each vanity side.
Manmade quartz countertops mimic white marble but without the maintenance of real marble. Easy living is also found in the porcelain floor tile made to look like soft grey stained hardwoods. The porcelain shower wall tile is made to look like natural white Carrara marble.
The flooring and custom cabinets are beautiful – but design is in the details! Free-hanging mirrors, the mosaic tile backsplash, accent tile stripes in the shower, and a soft blue wall and ceiling color really make this beautiful special.

We can’t say enough about powder rooms, we love them! Even though they are small spaces, it still presents an amazing opportunity to showcase your design style! Our clients requested a modern and sleek customized look. With this in mind, we were able to give them special features like a wall mounted faucet, a mosaic tile accent wall, and a custom vanity. One of the challenges that comes with this design are the additional plumbing features. We even went a step ahead an installed a seamless access wall panel in the room behind the space with access to all the pipes. This way their beautiful accent wall will never be compromised if they ever need to access the pipes.

This bath was remodeled with a beautiful design with custom white vanity with sink, mirror, and lighting. We used quartz for the countertop. The built-in vanity was with raised panel. The tile was from porcelain to match the overall color theme. The bathroom also includes a tub and a toilet. The flooring was from porcelain with the same color to match the overall color theme.
