“We've had the pleasure of working with Ken recently to design a custom home. All I can say is that he's an awesome guy! Ken understands the structural, mechanical, and technical aspects of construction inside and out. His drawings are exceptional. (We have received numerous compliments on the plans from contractors.) But he also has an incredible sense of design - from overall concept, to layout and flow, to architectural details, to lighting and interior design. He becomes heavily invested in his projects, and it clearly shows. The quality of his work is far better than many of the high-dollar architects we could never afford. It has been a fun process, we are thrilled with the result, and along the way we made a great friend. What more could we ask for? “We designed our house with Spokane House Plans last year. We wanted two-story appearance, but we didn't want two-story house. AK found a compromise by putting guest suite upstairs, with all living on main floor. When we ran into some site problems during the construction (steep hill), he came back and adjusted the plans free of charge! Definitely recommend and would use him again and again!”

“Brandt did a project for our home on Acadia Lane this past year. We needed to add space over our garages. My mom was moving down and she needed a small apartment on one side and to make it look like a match a man cave for the other side. Brandt was such a creative force and did an amazing job. He created a seamless look for our house that only enhanced the look an beauty of the architecture of our home. He worked with the town to make sure it was within their guidelines and he helped us with finding contractors etc. Would definitely recommend him for any project you are contemplating.
