“I worked with Christian Grennan of Kreis Grennan when redeveloping two Torrens title dwellings in Glebe. It was a tight site with a dilapidated cottage and the neighbor’s didn’t want any more dwellings in the area. Kreis Grennan organized a meeting with the neighbors at a local pub prior to council submission and presented the concept design. It was a very positive experience, where everyone could ask questions and get honest answers. Not always answers they wanted to hear but answers that were considered. The meeting made the whole process run smoothly including the development application and subdivision. Construction drawings were produced with enormous attention to detail so my team knew what was required. The end result is fantastic. I would be happy to recommend Kreis Grennan to anyone looking for a quality architect”

“When we were ready to undertake our complete demolish and rebuild home renovation in Leichhardt, in Sydney's inner west, Jessica Matson was the obvious choice for us. I had been referred to Jessica by a business colleague, and prior to our house Jessica had already designed the new fit out of our recording studio/television production facility. Coming from a technical/construction background in heavy industry myself, I had very strong ideas on what we wanted to achieve with our build. Jessica's ability to realise our vision, and expand on it with her creativity and experience delivered us a design that melts the original 100 year old semi-terrace into open plan living. Our home is full of light, feels wonderful to live in, and flows seamlessly from one part of the house to the other. As an owner builder I still have much weekend work to complete the build, but now that we are back living in the house we can't wait to get the final result. We had a lengthy and difficult battle with Leichhardt Council during the DA process, including an appeal with the Land & environment Court. The whole process took nearly 4 years. Throughout this time Jessica's ongoing advice and ability to think outside the box was no doubt a major contributing factor that resulted with us winning every detail of our appeal. On top of all this we formed a friendship with Jessica and we will for sure use her services for any project that comes up in the future. I can not recommend 'Jessica Matson Architect' more highly.”

“We engaged Margaret Skilbeck to help us with a major renovation and extension of our family home in Warrawee. Architelle was recommended by a local builder who gave us the names of a few architects that work in the Area. He told me Margeret Skilbeck was conversant with Kuringai council regulations and her turnaround time in submitting work was also good. We were very happy with the design and final result. One of the best things we did was engage Margeret to supervise the building project which included weekly site meetings. it took away a lot of the stress involved in building work. She gave us very good advise along the way and helped in choosing materials and fittings. She was professional, capable, efficient and very pleasant and we have no hesitation in recommending Her. She was able to work well with the builders & coordinate the other professionals. Her fees were reasonable and good value.”

“We had the good fortune to meet Enrico when we were considering the purchase of our flat in Modena, Italy. He inspected the site along with us and gave us sound advice on making the most of the space available (getting 2 more rooms from a too-large formal dining room space). This convinced us to make an offer on the flat. We talked to him briefly about our likes and dislikes in terms of decor. He went ahead and drew up a furniture plan and talked to us about furnishings. What struck me after that meeting was how well he'd read and understood us. His vision for our flat was right on the button. I would highly recommend his work as an architect and interior designer to anybody. His past works are pure class and the epitome of European elegance! Had he not moved to Sydney, we'd have certainly asked him to see our project through to completion.”
