“We wanted to add on extra space to the house that we had previously renovated. We met Carlos from Ulloa designs, and as he is an Architect and builder , we were soon into the addition of about 1000 sq ft. The permitting was handled efficiently, as was the execution of all the design requests. There were a few issues with the HOA in our sub-division but that was also managed well by the builder. The final result is an interesting living room space,and a bedroom and bathroom. We would, and have, recommended Carlos to many people. He is helpful, artistic, and efficient. What more could you ask for?!”

“Scott took my list of 'wants' and transformed them into an off the charts fantasy second home that is both livable and beautiful. He was tremendously easy to work with, listening to our concerns and incorporating the (very few) changes we suggested graciously. This is not always the case with an architect and their ego. “I have known John Guy for several years through association in the TIBD (Texas Institute of Building Designers). My membership in TIBD was as a supplier. As a supplier I worked with and got to know many of the members. This year I decided to start building homes. There were several reasons I chose John Guy: #1 He is an excellent designer, #2 He listens to his clients and designs to meet their ideas. #3. He has a working knowledge of products and applications. #4. He understands the complex nature between design and construction. For these reasons, John has been a great deal of help in product selection. I have also hired John to inspect the job and provide quality assurance. This way I am assured of getting everything done right the first time, and preventing any defects in workmanship from getting covered up. John is what I call a Full Service Designer. Richard Egan”

“In 1995, we purchased a less than half-complete 13,500 sf contemporary house on seven acres. The house had been heavily vandalized and was in bad shape. We hired Architect Michael Lee after our first meeting on the job site. His confidence and grasp of the wide range of problems with the house was immediate, and for us, he broke down the issues into easy to understand, prioritized lists, and later working plans. He repurposed three major living spaces and turned the main floor public spaces into a highly livable, free-flowing open-plan. With his broad range of architectural design, along with his mechanical, electrical, and plumbing knowledge, he literally transformed a house on the verge of being torn down into a spectacular piece of contemporary architecture. And in every detail, Michael Lee remained true to the original design of the house and was a professional every step of the way.”
