We can competently & promptly carry out the following services; •Site research & feasibility for any type of development in any NSW Council. >I just need (a) address of land, (b) email contact (c) summary of what want to build. I then provide full written report within 24 hours of any issues & potentials on land as well as general processes & costs. I have access to all the required information online and we do not charge for this, in good-will that any subsequent projects on the lands you would consider us first. For larger jobs we can even liaise with large network of town planners. •Architecture, Design, documentation, Approvals for any type of building; Residential, Multi residential (Duplex/Attached dwellings/units/Mixed-use/Low-medium-high Rise), Industrial, retail, commercial, community, religious, childcare. >Full Pre-DA/DA/CC/CDC. We work with council & certifiers. I have good rapport with most Sydney council after working with them with my own business for 16 years +. We arrange the design, coordinate consultants, look after documentation, liaise with council/certifier, lodge the application and look after it all the way until approved. Very competitive & flexible lump-sum, fixed-pricing with written guarantees on all jobs. Research is always the first step. Just need (a) address of land, (b) email contact (c) summary of what want to build. •Real Estate Floor Plans, 3d floor plans, 3d imaging >We do the floor plans black & white/colour for house sales, unit sales, shopping centre tenancy plans to accompany house/unit sales. 24-48 hour turn around Sydney-wide. Very competitive & flexible lump-sum, fixed-pricing with written guarantees on all jobs. •Unauthorized works approvals >We do the representation & approvals for unauthorized works such as unauthorized granny flats, extensions detected by council offering vast experience & skills in approvals. Normally I don't write reviews but this is so necessary!! ISC Design (Ibrahim) is an extraordinaire; he and his staff supplied me with one of the most professional and kind experiences I've ever received. Honestly, from the moment we started the initial process to the final process the professionalism and informative information was a highlight! We were guided throughout the process, and more importantly this made our overall experience a pleasure to deal with Ibrahim. We would highly recommend their professionalism, knowledge, work ethics and ability to meet deadlines and budgets a *5* thumbs up! Ibrahim was introduced to me by a mutual friend. This was the first home my wife and I had built so we didn't know what to expect throughout the process. From the outset, Ibrahim took time to understand our brief and expectations. From here, value came through by taking on our brief and customising relevant advice/recommendations around design, energy efficiencies, local environment, council regulations and creating a home a family can thrive in. From draft drawing to practical completion, Ibrahim's knowledge throughout the planning & construction stages were very advantageous, a positive and professional attitude, patient & courteous with our many changes along the way. Throughout the build he made himself available on the phone or on site, the documentation was accurate, timely & building approvals were quick as a result. Ibrahim's ability and persuasive discussions with the builders/contractors was also impressive as this provided us with piece of mind the building was being built as planned & intended. The plans were done well as there was no need for costly variations which had the important benefits of completing the project on budget & on time. Ibrahim had a clear vision for our house and managed to execute on that vision with our project even though we had our doubts.
