“We were impressed with Advanced cosmic construction from the very beginning. Our project wasn’t a huge renovation but he took it on and dealt with it as a priority regardless - and nothing we asked for was any trouble. The team of tradespeople were punctual, respectful and very hard working. Every single one of them turned up with a smile on their face including Sam himself. The work was done very quickly but not at the expense of quality. Everything we asked for was done promptly and anything extra wasn’t a hassle. Our bathroom is absolutely DIVINE and we couldn’t be more grateful. We chose advanced cosmic construction by seeing examples of their work on line but also on gut feeling - as there are so many builders out there. We made the right choice!”

“We had complete renovation of 2 bathrooms. J.A.C. Tiling always listened to our requests throughout the process. We made many changes to original plans and they always accomodated us. They even discussed the pros and cons of the changes with us. Its been 4 months now since completion and we are still totally happy with the finished product. All work was professionally coordinated from tilers to plumbers and electricians etc. I also liked the way we were able to pay as the work progressed. A pleasure to recommend them.”

“We had 2 bathrooms completely redone with Austile Ceramics. Kristy was great helping us design and choose products. The workmen involved were incredibly professional and friendly. The level of work done was A++ Excellent . Communication with the workmen was fantastic, they were on time and at the end of each day cleaned up the dust and left things tidy. Our bathrooms turned out better than we visualized. A wonderful professional company.”

“Sam has assembled a team around him who are friendly, respectful, and have a great eye for detail. He has worked on renovations at our family home over the last few months that span a kitchen installation, a laundry remodel and renovation, and two bathroom renovations. He has worked with tricky timing, awkward asbestos removal, and us as clients who have made late changes to design and budgets. Sam has always been flexible with us, has always been calm and positive, and has always insisted on doing the most detailed job. A great example of Sam's attitude was when he was mid way through our laundry remodel, and had an idea for a better layout than we designed. That design cost us less to complete and was a drastic improvement. Despite being mid build he discussed it with us and we went with it to great effect. Originally a carpenter, he is now custom building a double vanity for us in our latest room. All of Sam's team enjoy seeing their work completed to the highest standard at a very competitive price point. I cannot recommend him enough.”
