“I was recommended to contract Cameron Bell of Belcro Group for all elements of my project- an extensive house renovation , and extension with landscaping ,in the coastal location of Lorne. Right from the very first meeting I was impressed by Cam’s easy going nature ‘can do’ approach and extremely positive attitude. The range of professional services provided by Belcro Group was perfect for my project- due to neatly encompassing all realms of the planning, designing, renovation and building process. Starting with a features survey - followed by renovation advice, then planning and building applications to, and meetings with council ,a detailed extension and landscaping design including impressive fly through 3D video link simulating walking through the house and garden. There was nothing that Cam couldn’t do! Literally all elements of the sometimes confusing and tricky business of building and renovating are very professionally and efficiently managed by Belcro Group, and in a price competitive manner. The very high standard of plans , drawings and design innovations delivered time efficiently make Belcro an outstanding choice for any prospective client seeking assistance for a small or large scale residential and even commercial project. “Dianne has assisted me on a number of projects over the years including a brief to repurpose our home to a B&B. Dianne came up with practical yet fabulous designs from inception to final drawings. The most remarkable project Dianne undertook for me was to assist me when selecting the colour palate and fittings for the internal and external finishes for our new home build. It was a task I was dreading as making the wrong choices would not only have been costly but we would have had to live with the wrong decisions for a very long time. It was fantastic seeing Dianne at work, her eye for colour and detail meant that we motored through the whole day appointment in a few short hours and the results, now that we’re in our home, are totally fabulous.”

“Positive Footprints have done an outstanding job from the design stage right through to the building process. The house is on a small inner city block, with heritage and overlooking restrictions. My brief was for a sustainable house, with flexible spaces, outdoor vistas; which was light filled and capitalized on its northern sunny orientation. Extending only two meters kept the garden as large as possible. Three upstairs decks increase outdoor living, cross ventilation and the vistas of sky. Positive Footprints were professional, open and helpful; and provided impeccable craftsmanship. They enabled me to incorporate my mosaic tile designs, the use of unusual materials and other personal interior design choices. A melding of their inspired, sustainable design and my creative input, has resulted in a beautiful and comfortable house which is a pleasure to live in.”

Marc has been able to design and navigate our application through water authority and council approvals for our dual occupancy/townhouse development and all the way up to building documentation. “Task...to design a foyer renovation in a 40 year old apartment building. To perform within a strict budget. To meet the defined requirements of the committee charged with the project She brought a flexible vision to the project , enormous energy and enthusiasm. She was able to focus the ideas to a budget process which worked She listened carefully and responded in a timely and well documented way. Vesna was willing to meet on the weekends Had a clear fee schedule which was highly competitive. The committee was very pleased with her involvement which is ongoing.”
