“I recently engaged Amelia from Undercover Architect to assist in designing a renovation of our home in Sydney. I completed a questionnaire before our meeting, she spent two hours at our home doing a walk through and discussing our brief and then prepared a very detailed report and "Vimeo" presentation including two different sets of floor plan options, all drawn to scale, including lay overs so you could see how the proposed changes related to the existing floor plan and how the second story would relate to the ground floor. It was outstanding, so impressive and so useful! The Vimeo video entailed Amelia talking through the floor plans, explaining why she designs things in certain ways, options at different design junctions - it all made so much sense and helped me understand the design process. Amelia is very driven to help clients achieve a fantastic design, she can assist with a Reno Rescue report or continue you to guide you through the design process. She was also very helpful in wanting to assist me find the right designer to continue working with us (Amelia is based in Brisbane). I received much more from Amelia than I was expecting in terms of the detail in her report and ongoing email support. She was really prompt in responding to emails and so enthusiastic about design and achieving a great outcome for our renovation. The Reno Rescue proved to be excellent value and I would recommend Amelia and her Reno Rescue service unreservedly!”

“Dom and his team did an outstanding job on our bathroom renovation. Great quality work and very professional from the first contact and the 3d renderings all the way through to the final product. Communication through the whole process was excellent - we always knew exactly what to expect, and any issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently. All the work was completed on time and on budget. Could not recommend these guys more.”

“We hired Sam at the beginning of 2009 to do a partial renovation of an old farm house in northern New South Wales. He was very professional and when any problems arose always had a solution which was helpful when we had not renovated before. There were complexities with moving walls and re-jigging ceiling roses etc but nothing was too much trouble. We all worked with an excellent building team and together made our renovation work both inside and outside with inground tanks and a swimming pool. A very positive experience.”

“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“Gary undertook the redecoration of the living spaces of my home during 2013, advised on the colour scheme for the exterior and provided some of the interior furniture from his collection. The result is outstanding and I am particularly pleased with the external colours chosen and the new furniture and artwork internally. Everything Gary suggested was just what I needed but I could never have come up with the solutions on my own. In addition, let me say that it was an absolute pleasure to work with Gary and I have no hesitation in recommending him to prospective clients.”

“We recently built a new house and looked for floor, kitchen and bathroom tiles from a range of tile shops. We were attracted to Nerang Tiles from the moment we entered the shop. We were greeted by staff and introduced to Rosa the owner who provided personal service. The range of quality tiles brought a smile to our face and also gave us a challenge to choose as their were so many favourites. We purchased over 300m2 of floor tiles plus over 200m2 of outdoor tiles and kitchen and bathroom tiles.”
