“We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

Fortunately every experience we have had has been fantastic, which is probably why we have used their services more than once. Tony and Deb are incredibly professional in their approach to every part of the build. “We engaged JMR Building Contractors to transform our very old and tired two bedroom beachside unit into a modern, trendy apartment style unit and the result was nothing less than spectacular. The spec required for the unit to be pretty much gutted internally and then a new kitchen, laundry and bathroom was installed. Further work to the unit was relocation and construction of new walls, timber floors layed and new modern tiling to the balcony. The craftsmanship of the JMR team was superb and nothing was ever an effort for them despite the fact that the unit was located on the third floor, without the luxury of a lift to help transport materials. Job well done JMR. We are two very happy customers and would certainly recommend them time and time again,”

“We choose ARC by seeing their project sign in our local area, the project manager are very professional and smart when we first meet with them. So We decided to start with all design jobs for our dream home first, then see if we use them for construction or not. We found out their stuff are very kind and quite efficient, gets our point quickly. The development application was lodged very smoothly, and only took 5months to get it approved, so we feel like to deal with them for the rest of Construction job. Lucky we choose them, our house was built very quick and good quality, because I had few friends was very bad luck to choose other bad builder took them over 2 year only building a granny flat, had lots arguments with their project manager. From the experience with ARC, they are quite straightforward, quite felixiable if we change of mind even though it may cost them extra, but they seems ok not charging us extra. And will think ahead for us by lots thing, my family quite happy to deal with them, we will come back to them if we have any other new projects in the future. Hopes this experience can help others.”
