“The Garden Studio Company built a free-standing pavilion in our back yard. It consists of two large rooms which serve as an art studio and a study/library. There is also a bathroom. It has been faced externally with cedar. The company undertook all the planning and necessary permits and permissions, and then provided a complete building and fit-out service. We found the company very competent and experienced. The project was completed on time and on budget. Communication was always very good. We are very happy with the result.”

From our first meeting with Ryan we felt that he was very much on the same page as us and willing to go that bit further than previous builders we had met with. They organized everything from the permits to the fire assessments and was more than willing to help get the project up and running.
Ryan and his team were very efficient, well presented and would always have time to discuss design ideas and we could draw on his experience when required. The quality throughout the build was second to none and it seems like Ryan has a highly skilled team of contractors as we had some dealings with his plumber, electrician and floor sander who were all great.

“Other than the normal hiccups associated with a renovation I couldn't fault this business. We needed more room for our growing family but didn't want to leave our current home. We added 2 modules to our Victorian semi detached home and couldn't be happier. We have ticked the environmental boxes as this company has an exceptional rating for this. The work was done quickly compared to a traditional renovation too. The job went over budget by 10% which from what I hear is about normal! Even though it was a quick job there were a couple of deadlines that were missed but eventually, we were very pleased with the final result. We were out of our home for just over 3 months.”
