“Working with Ofir and her crew was a great pleasure for us. They were very sincere and discovered a different technique to do the task, which allowed them to stay under budget. Their work was of a high caliber and was done neatly. The lines of communication were open, constant, and transparent. Professionalism was evident throughout, and agreements and reporting were crystal clear. Communication was constant. The crew did a good job of cleaning the house before leaving and showed respect for our residence and daily routine.”

“Great experience, high value, very reliable and best crew we ever worked with. Mayer’s construction did a home remodeling for us during the last 6 months. It has been a big home remodel for us that took design and build as well. After months spending finding the right company for us, we have choose to work with Mike & Nathan Mayer from Mayer’s construction. A week after finalizing contract we started working with Su & Luis both company’s architect and engineer. We worked on the new plans we agreed and wanted at first and started to have architect drawings ready, when we got into engineering process, both Mayer’s construction and us didn’t know we were suppose to redone so much of the existing footings and reinforce of additional walls as 20 years ago we did a 2nd story addition that was probably made poorly and unprofessional. They were extremely kind and helpful and kept the price as we agreed on and didn’t changed a thing. The plan process and measurements took about a month or so, and finally we were able to submit the plans to the city of San Jose. After getting the permits done and job card set ( overall 5 months of waiting / SJ is a pretty busy city) we got into work schedule and been ready to move out as the entire home going to be demolished. Mike was very organized both managing and scheduling the team, rough materials arrivals, and to us to be fully briefed with details and what we need and when. The process of work was great and on timeline , city did changed a lot during this time period with their inspection delays but it didn’t interrupt with our schedule or timeline due to great management ahead. We just finished our work and we absolutely in love with our new home! New flooring throughout, new kitchen, new bathrooms, complete open floor plan, new stair case, new rooms reconfigured, new paint, new texture, new windows and sliding doors throughout, all new plumbing and electrical. A brand new and beautiful home we got thanks to Mayer’s construction and the team, Mike, Nathan, Raul, Jose and many more who had a added value and did this work absolute best.”

“Lecut Construction is one of the best remodeling companies out there! We contacted them looking for help with an our kitchen remodeling project. Their friendly receptionist replied promptly and we had a project manager,Michael and guy , at our house in just few days. The project managers Michael and guys was extremely attentive to all our concerns and questions and took full control of all the necessary paperwork and scheduling. Prior to contracting with Lecut we have postponed our project multiple times in fear of the headache and time-consumption we expected to have, however, Michael and guy made the project effortless for us. After the completion our kitchen looks incredible! Prior to committing to Lecut we have consulted with multiple companies, but none came near to the in-depth knowledge, caring customer service, and detailed quote and project plan that Lecut provided. We are looking forward to contacting LeCut for all of our future renovations and highly recommending.”

“Our recent home project included the complete remodeling of the kitchen, 3 bathrooms and wet bar. My husband and I decided on Level up home remodeling following our due diligence process (having interviewed multiple contractor candidates) given the prior reviews, competitive proposal, and positive impressions following our discussions with Issac. Issac estimated 3 months to complete the project beginning in August 2016, and although there were the unknown but expected bumps in the road along the way during the project, was able to complete the job on a timely basis. Both quality of workmanship and timely completion of the job was important to us, and Issac and his team delivered on both counts. Those working on our project were hard working competent individuals, punctual, courteous and easy to engage in conversation. Issac was at our site on a daily basis both overseeing the project and hands on with regards to any task. He and his team provided professional, thoughtful and viable options and resolutions to each situation/issue as they arose. We have used other contractors in the past, but Level up home remodeling outperformed all the predecessors. We are pleased with the results and would not hesitate in bringing back Issac team for other construction projects going forward.”

“Tony and his team did an excellent job . They expanded my master bedroom including the bathroom and a walk in closet. I am not the easiest customer. I had so many questions, and Tony was patient with me every step of the way. They were very thorough and competitive. They were constantly updating me and going over the process . The entire experience was great!! Always on time with a great attitude. I want to say that I worked with a few general contractors over the years and it is difficult to find a good one that actually keeps you updated. “I am extremely happy with the service and outcome of my kitchen remodel that I received from Roy. I decided to remodel it to have a more modern look, such as marble counters. Roy was very helpful and provided excellent customer service. He listened to what I wanted in remodeling my kitchen and gave me alternative ideas as well to expand on other ways to improve my kitchen. He recommended me to replace my lights and fix my walls and knew the perfect products for it.The price was also reasonable-- I was searching other companies and finding that their prices were too expensive. I had a budget and Roy was willing to work around that. It is not common to find other companies that are willing to give you what you need for a reasonable price. The work I received was worth what I spent and I highly recommend Roy to anyone who is looking for a kitchen remodel for quality work!
