I have been renting the house for the past year and my tenant has made no complaints about anything and tells me he really enjoys living there so I can not wait to move in myself next year. I did not build with Peter therefore can not comment on the process of building a house with him but I have had lots of contact with him since buying the house and he is very easy to communicate with and responds promptly to queries or questions that I have had. “Duncan Constructions certainly CAN when others can’t. We had been searching for a builder for a couple of years with little luck. A friend recommended Duncan Constructions and that was the beginning of a fabulous journey for the renovation of our home. We rang Glen Duncan and he came around that week to our home and spent 2 hours going over the plans we had suggesting design improvements and making greater use of existing space. It was at that moment that we realised if we had gone to Glen in the beginning, we would not have spent so much on an architect.
