We greatly appreciated the attention to details and communication through all the stages of work. The crew was courteous and friendly. “We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“I began my association with John, as project manager for my home, on August 7th 2012 with the building of my new townhouse. I found him professional, easy to work with and patient in answering questions for new construction. Each meeting about lay out of each room, choice of window placement, type of flooring, and placement of electrical outlets and etc. (as my first time building a new home) was a pleasant experience. Even after my home was completed, John still was helpful with different issues that occurred.”

“We moved to Minnesota about 5 ½ years ago, purchasing an older stone house with magnificent woodwork and exceptional detail. Jay and his crew took on a substantial remodel/upgrade project and executed flawlessly. These guys are professional, friendly, and highly skilled craftsmen. On another occasion we had a pipe burst when I was away at work (airline pilot). Yuki called Jay and he was at the house within an hour mitigating damage and beginning the cleanup and restoration process. On Super Bowl Sunday afternoon!!! We could not be happier with all they have done!!”

“I really don't know where to start or end my review. My dream was to live in the Linden Hills neighborhood of Minneapolis. My husband and I found a 100-year-old home that was very small and in need of major remodeling, but it was in the perfect neighborhood. We were hesitant about undergoing such a huge renovation. After meeting with Treasured Spaces we were ecstatic! They listened to our needs and created plans that exceeded our highest expectations! And it gets even better. They were amazing to work with! They turned the plans that we created together into reality. We love our home and the entire process was amazing. So amazing that we've hired Treasured Spaces to come back on several additional jobs...a nursery off our master suite, a deck, finished basement spaces, and more...and that's just in our house that we purchased back in late 2010. We've since started buying rental properties and Treasured Spaces manages all of our pre-rental remodeling. Thank you Treasured Spaces for turning me into a remodelaholic!”

“Love our new home! The minute we walked in the Prior Lake speck house we knew that is was going to be our home! We love everything about it. The attention to detail that summit invested in this house shows up in every room! The color selection, the meticulous tile work, the shower doors, garage and front door, the granite counter tops, the spice racks, the walnut floor, the list can go on...! We highly recommend Summit Construction!”
