“We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. He worked with us to make sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and followed up to ensure we were happy with the progress and final product. We're extremely happy with the new addition to our home and spend all of our free time hanging out on it. Our only regret is that we didn't hire Xpand years ago!”

“They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“Wayne and Julie were wonderful to work with. We did a kitchen remodel. They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. We were always kept aware of the schedule, any changes to it and what to expect next. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and our satisfaction met. We enjoyed working with them and would highly recommend them!”

“Iron River was my construction company for the remodeling of my kitchen. This project included opening up a load bearing wall and closing the former entry into the kitchen and then they worked from a completely gutten kitchen to the fabulous kitchen I ended up with - the only thing that did not need to be replaced was the floor. Rick Tollerud was our project manager and I was very impressed with Rick's attention to detail and his excellent communication skills. Everyone that had a hand in our kitchen did an outstanding job and we absolutely love the finished product! I would highly recommend Iron River Construction Company and actually already have! My neighbor is now using their services as a result on her kitchen remodel!”

“I contacted Ether in September 2022 after closing on a house that hadn't been updated since 1980. The list of necessary improvements was 3 pages long and ranged from small stuff (improving the soil grading along the foundation, interior painting, repairing tile flooring, switching out light fixtures) to big stuff (replacing siding, replacing all kitchen cabinets, installing an egress window) to the REALLY big stuff (tearing out and rebuilding an interior staircase, rebuilding the entire living room ceiling from a leak). Levell and his team got to work the first week of October and did an amazing job right from the start. Levell listened to my ideas and made them all happen. Plus the team did a few extra things here and there just because they saw they needed to be done. For example, there was some missing ceiling tiles in the laundry room, which was minor enough to me that I didn't put it on the list of projects to be done. But they patched up the ceiling so there are no more rafters and wires peeking through anymore! I will 100% hire Ether General Contracting again. The reason I hired them in the first place was their extremely reasonable pricing but I will continue to use them for the top-level value they provide.”

Since closing on our home they have been very quick to respond on any items we needed help with or addressed. Not only has Greatland Homes been great to work with but their partners have been very responsive as well. Greatland Homes fit and finish is what sold us. If you look at the craftsmanship and quality they provide vs. other builders you quickly see you are getting a quality home built with care. This is our 6th home we have bought and our 3rd new build. From our experience Greatland Homes has provided us the best customer service, communication, and follow up after the sale. I would highly recommend Greatland Homes to anyone looking to build a home.”

“Jeff did a great job. He fixed a rotted sill and installed two sliding doors. The start was delayed because of two days bad weather but finished the job on time. Everything was cleaned up at the end of the days work. The doors look like they have always been there.”
