“Wayne and Julie were wonderful to work with. We did a kitchen remodel. They really listened to what we were looking for, gave us great ideas that we hadn’t thought of and made multiple visits to our house to check on the work being done. We were always kept aware of the schedule, any changes to it and what to expect next. Any concerns we had were immediately addressed and our satisfaction met. “I began my association with John, as project manager for my home, on August 7th 2012 with the building of my new townhouse. I found him professional, easy to work with and patient in answering questions for new construction. Each meeting about lay out of each room, choice of window placement, type of flooring, and placement of electrical outlets and etc. (as my first time building a new home) was a pleasant experience. “We had a great experience with Xpand in the building of our two-story deck. Andy, our Project Manager, was very knowledgeable, helpful and friendly during the entire process. He was quick to respond no matter how I contacted him (email, text or phone call) and ready and able to solve any questions I had. “They care about doing a good quality job. They are also creative in coming up with ideas that can meet your needs design-wise but also trying to keep the costs down. Designing and coming up with the plans is a strength. Also they are very easy to work with personally, show up on time, keep the site clean, and are interested in doing the right thing with proper construction techniques. Wish I would have built my original home with them in the first place as they are correcting things that were done incorrectly the first time.”

“We moved to Minnesota about 5 ½ years ago, purchasing an older stone house with magnificent woodwork and exceptional detail. Jay and his crew took on a substantial remodel/upgrade project and executed flawlessly. These guys are professional, friendly, and highly skilled craftsmen. On another occasion we had a pipe burst when I was away at work (airline pilot). Yuki called Jay and he was at the house within an hour mitigating damage and beginning the cleanup and restoration process. On Super Bowl Sunday afternoon!!! We could not be happier with all they have done!!”
