“Dan did an amazing job. He organised everything. Was easy to talk to. I couldn't believe how fast he got in and got the job done. The quality of his work i thought was to a very high standard. He always turned up. Money well worth spent. We had a granny flat we had been in the process of building and hadn't done anything on it for 2 years. We needed help. We decided to find a builder who could build our deck for us. It was about 18m x 9.5m (veranda on 3 sides) and was about 2m off the ground (the ground was elevated). A friend ended up recommending Dan to us. Dan also did the veranda roof, guttering etc and wire balustrade all the way around. Looks really beautiful. I also got him to build some internal shelving, put doors on, attach towel rails, mirrors and other bits and pieces. I'm so glad we did.”

“My wife and I initially contacted Andrew having inspected a new house constructed by Ritz Homes in our local area. Following the initial tender submissions, Ritz Homes was selected from three prospective builders due to Andrew’s excellent up front service and guidance. Andrew and his architect / structural engineer developed a set of drawings and associated documentation which were approved by Council under a Complying Development Certificate with no fuss.
