Chris Lang was either always on site or readily available to address any issue, not that there were many. All of Precision Tech's tradesmen and sub-contractors were mature and worked hard and diligently. We never had any issues with litter or noise or bad language. Quite frankly. we had a wonderful experience with the progress of our project. Since completion, we have had absolutely no matters requiring rework or rectification. We love our extension. “We used Gunn Building projects to finish off our Barn. We had a steel barn built earlier this year on our farm in Merricks,but wanted to finish it off with a more traditional look of old wood. Gunn absolutely transformed our steel barn to looking beautiful in old shiplap and large solid posts made from old telecom poles. The boys were great to work with….nothing was ever too much trouble for them and their work was finished to the highest standard. We will be renovating our house next year and will be using Gunn again.”

“Out of all house builds we have done (4 in all) Tim and Mass Constructions were the best. It really came down to trust....in quality, price, and after-care. We looked at about 10 builders before meeting with Mass Constructions and within minutes of meeting Tim, I knew we would be going with them. Quality - Tim is on the tools and led the team by example...getting stuck into all aspect of the build. Framing, caulking, tiling, shoveling dirt etc....We are experienced in home builds and seeing Tim instilled confidence in the quality of the build. Cost - we had a detailed breakdown of every aspect of the build and Mass use construction management software that made it even easier for us as clients to make selections and see the pricing impact of various choices. We had a set budget and we came in slightly under budget. We were VERY clear about what we were prepared to spend and Tim and the team always gave us options to help. Example - Tim came up with structural engineering and design solutions that were better and cheaper than were specified by the engineers we had engaged separately. Tim was looking after our commercial interests. Our project delivered on time aswell hence costs associated with Delays. After-care - I have to say, we have not had much requiring Tim to come back for - but where we did, it was never an issue. We have not had to shell out any cash for anything and it was done with no fuss. If I had to do anything differently, I would engage Tim earlier in the design process. In our case we wanted to go with a specific architect (who was great), but I would engage Tim as part of the Detailed Design process -along with Architects - so as to bring the depth of Build knowledge into the Design process. (Our initial structural engineering proved to drive higher cost than required - Tim's perspective addressed unnecessary cost overruns). I have since recommended Tim and Mass Constructions to many friends.”

“I contacted Dreamtech after referral from a friend who insisted that this builder was one of the most competent and skilful builders that he had used. Happily, I can say that I was not disappointed with the referral. John from Dreamtech and the tradesmen that he employed did a superb job on the kitchen, bathroom and outdoor area in terms of aesthetics. However, more importantly from my point of view, the quality of the building works was very high. Nothing was done in a 'half-assed' manner. Whilst still measured with cost effective solutions, the approach was one of close enough is not good enough. For example, the worksite was impeccably clean during the construction, variations to the original plan were made without fuss or complaint (and often without cost), suggestions and ideas were made which enhanced he overall finish and design. From bare earth and brick, to the ceiling and roof, the whole job was meticulously looked after. Dreamtech is old school - full responsibility for job (including the other trades), pride in workmanship and courtesy throughout. It was not the cheapest job I have ever had, but without doubt, it was the best. I have been disappointed by other builders, and it was refreshing to find one who was trustworthy and made the whole thing far less stressful than it might otherwise have been. He used good local contractors where needed and did very clean precise work. Easy and fair to deal with. The resulting shed was a perfect addition to the garage and complements the house perfectly.
