“Dobsonei provided a realistic and well considered fixed price contract to renovate and extend a very dilapidated 1883 Victorian Terrace house (4 bedrooms, double garage) versus other competing quotes that were all provided on a cost plus basis only. The project was completed on schedule and with only very minimal variations added on which was remarkable considering the number of unknown factors involved in renovating a 130 year old house that had been severely neglected and even had a Council sticker warning people not to enter.”

“I have used Troy and his team on four occasions. He is always easy and never minds when things change during the course of the job. His team are polite, tidy up beautifully and are friendly. The tradies he uses work to a very high standard too. His prices are reasonable and he completes the jobs within the time frame needed. I would strongly recommend him.”
