“I hired Crearter Constructions for a major renovation project in late 2016. From the first point of contact the service has been exceptional. Braden, the owner, spent a great deal of time and effort compiling a quote, to the point that a number of his tradespeople viewed the house in advance of the quote to ensure that the costings were accurate. The quotes we received from other builders were made after a short visit to the house and were ball-park figures of that the build might cost.. Braden's quote was extremely detailed and it was easy to see exactly what we were paying for. The build started on time (the job before ours finished exactly when it was supposed to) and moved at an amazing speed. All trades on site were expertly managed and the quality of work at all times was above and beyond what we had expected. Braden is a perfectionist and he is perpetually assessing the work of the tradespeople and insists on a very high standard of work from his whole team. The build has moved ahead without any problems and we are due to finish ahead of schedule and on budget with a finished project that we are delighted with. Braden is a hard working, honest, inspiring, problem solving, committed builder who would do justice to any project he is in charge of. We were fearful before the start of our build, as we had heard many nightmare stories from friends of building projects that had gone wrong. But we didn't need to worry. “We planned a major renovation for our terrace in Paddington and Pat and his team did an excellent job executing the renovation to plan. Working hard to meet tight deadlines (the arrival of a new baby and in-laws) which is always one of the headaches with any major project. The quality of work was excellent and I have recommended P.Built to family and friends numerous times. We ultimately sold the house and one of the key selling points was the craftsmanship and creativity of the build in what’s a relatively small space. Pat went above and beyond on quality and finishes and the house was turned from a run-down terrace to an executive residence. During the build, Pat would keep us up-dated with photos which I thought was a good touch. He was also personally available to discuss concerns and help me finalise the certification and occupancy certificate that was not his responsibility in my case. While inner-city, our house was in quite a close-knit community and the neighbours would often comment on what nice guys we had working at the house. Apparently, at one point one of them brought the old lady across the street a pot plant with flowers.”

“We undertook a major renovation of the ground level of our home in January 2016, including removing several load-bearing walls, creating a new open plan design that incorporates entry, kitchen and dining and flows out onto a large covered deck and outdoor kitchen. This was the first time that we have undertaken major renovations so we were definitely feeling apprehensive. One of the main reasons we chose Patterson Built was how quickly Grant seemed to dial in to our design ideas and the fact we could talk to him in lay terms. It meant that during the build phase, he was able to provide helpful advice and suggestions, right down to matching timbers and choosing finishes and we're very happy with the outcome. We actually felt comfortable enough to leave some decisions purely in his hands. “Our project was a major kitchen and living area renovation which involved replacing the ceiling and floor tiles and putting in a new kitchen and storage areas. It also included knocking down a supporting wall and putting a beam into the ceiling. The final product was of a very high quality and the builders paid a lot of attention to detail. Ben and the team were professional and always willing to answer questions as the project went along. We received regular progress reports on the project and the team worked within our timeframes.
