“Dobsonei provided a realistic and well considered fixed price contract to renovate and extend a very dilapidated 1883 Victorian Terrace house (4 bedrooms, double garage) versus other competing quotes that were all provided on a cost plus basis only. The project was completed on schedule and with only very minimal variations added on which was remarkable considering the number of unknown factors involved in renovating a 130 year old house that had been severely neglected and even had a Council sticker warning people not to enter.”
