“We had a deck extension built by Building Dimensions on a steep rocky hillside location in Perth Hills. Piero was very professional with excellent communication skills and our job was on budget and on time. On top of that the end result is a lovely new deck matching existing building, and with repairs to existing deck undertaken with a happy and obliging disposition. The site was left in perfect condition at the end of the job. We recommend Piero highly for his building skills, his communication skills and his integrity. Piero's happy and obliging nature being an added bonus.”

From the first consultation in which our ideas and requirements were fully considered, through the demolition of the existing house and construction of the new areas, NuLook were efficient and professional and provided an excellent end result. Having lived in the house during the renovations, we found all of the staff friendly, reliable and trustworthy. As is inevitable with this kind of work, problems can arise, and the few we encountered were dealt with promptly. “Building with 383 Design Homes & Additions is an experience that is second to none. From the outset Jason and Sam set out to make the dream come true but with a continual dose of reality. The attention to detail and the standards of trades is well worth the money you pay, and if its cheap and nasty you are after then try another builder. It would be fair to say that what you see with Jason is what you get. An eye for detail bordering on perfectionist but a great communicator at the same time.
