“We have faced extreme difficulty on how to build our house. Big companies offered good price but low quality and rigid inflexible designs. Private builders offered expensive quotes and no price guarantees. Till we met Mr. Atalla from design and build. He was extremely patient, professional and above all he was honest. A true gentleman and a man of great quality. A very good build so far and unbeatable prices. Highly recommended!”

“Ben Greene, registered builder and owner of Customized Constructions, came to assist me with my plan to extend a 1956 cream brick house into a well considered layout. Ben listened and offered options or encouragement for what was on paper already. We immediately established a very good rapport. He is an excellent, communicator, consultant and contributor to concept, materials and finish options to meet brief and budget. The Customized Constructions team of carpenter/artisans blew me away with their professionalism, skills as craftsman, efficiency, respect and consideration of neighbours. Their workmanship, attention to detail and refined techniques mean l have an extension that is beyond my expectations and on budget. “Marcus quoted to add on to an existing garage of solid brick and tile. Due to the block the building was off square. He did a brilliant job, I cannot recommend him highly enough. He used good local contractors where needed and did very clean precise work. Easy and fair to deal with. The resulting shed was a perfect addition to the garage and complements the house perfectly. Top job and a fair price.”
