The finishes both inside and out are of a high standard without the high price tag. David and team were great to work with, nothing was ever a problem. Working for Del Casa Homes is an absolute pleasure. They are incredibly organised, ensure our workmanship is of the utmost quality and standard and are easy to get along with. From our many years working with Del Casa Homes we have completed many unique and satisfying kitchens and cabinetry items for their clients and it has always been a joy to work with them and their valued clients.

We engaged Del Casa with our own plans and they were able to restructure to match our budget, other 'project builders' were not able to do this. There were no hidden costs during the build, small inclusions were flexible and quotes given if additional resources were required. The overall build time, start to occupancy, was approx. 6 months.

After using another builder to build an earlier house for me my wife and I hired this company Del Casa Homes on 3 occasions over the last 10 years to build new homes for us. Before we engaged them on each occasion we had quotes done by the local project home builders and after looking into the fine print on there quotes and asking questions we found Del Casa Homes pricing was much the same. I also found the quality of workman ship was of a very high standard with only quality building products used and all household PC items are of your own choosing. I also found the ease of discussing any issues that may arise during construction very easy as you have the phone number of the project manager which in my case was a Del Casa family member and they answer the phone straight away or get back to you ASAP son in law has also build with Del Casa homes is very happy with the outcome.
