The creative designer was extremely thorougher, never rushed us, gave us all the time we needed and worked within our budget. Along with designing the showroom, he also designed our website, our brochures, company cars, expo materials and much more. We didn't need to go anywhere else which was a great relief.
He understood our wants and needs and translated that throughout all aspects of our business.

“Gillian is a very approachable designer who really takes the time to learn what your style likes and dislikes are. She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

“We consulted Karen, of McRae + Lynch before carrying out our complete 'top to toe' home renovation which included ceramic tiling to all living areas, the addition of velux skylights, installation of new kitchen and laundry, new ensuite and updating and recarpeting of bedrooms. McRae & Lynch's approach and attention to detail was exemplary, having come up with some very innovative ideas involving the expansion of our very small kitchen. Their help and advice on colour schemes and material choices made life easy and avoided many headaches for us. We are extremely pleased and overjoyed at the results and love living in our 'new' house. All appointments were met in a professional and friendly manner and deadlines were always maintained.”

“I have just engaged Nathan Gornall Design for the second time in 3 years, as we have been renovating our home in different stages.
Nathan really listens to our brief and takes the time to understand how we use (or intend to use) a space to ensure his design will maximse the utility of the space, is beautiful and really durable and functional.
He has really fantastic ideas about how to better use the space (this has been really appreciated as we live in a terraced house which is narrow and has some awkward spaces), and has really helped us ensure the space is bright, light, functional, accessible and practical for a small family.
His design eye is really detailed and thoughtful - stunning taps in brushed brass, he picked an amazing slab of marble (and sourced it on the cheap!) for our bathroom bench tops which really took the bathrooms to the next level and look stunning with the wall an floor tiles. Nathan works with small and awkward spaces really well and ensures there is plenty of storage and quality finishings.
Nathan has a really brilliant team of tradespeople at his beck and call (builders, plumbers, air-con, tilers, carpet, painting, joinery, drapes etc etc) so not a day is lost during the project - Nathan sequences the trades so that the project is completed on time and on budget while delivering a truly stunning outcome. Thrilled. Will use again! Highly recommend!!!”
