“Jo came to my rescue when both showers in my holiday home were leaking due to poor workmanship from the builder. Jo managed the whole project so efficiently and kept all the trades moving and me in the loop. Existing tiles had to be removed, new tiles chosen, waterproofing done, then retiling. The job was complicated by tiles no longer available, so she came up with a great idea to make features of the showers using herringbone tiles. They look fantastic!
