She provides names and contacts of reliable tradies and firms, and is involved in the process all the way. It was Gillian who introduced me to the fabulous Houzz site, and together we built up a style file for the lounge area and the bathroom and powder room. She was able to liaise with the plumber so that we could understand what he meant with all the technical specs, and went around with him to make sure we were getting what we wanted when he came to measure and quote. Although we have not yet started the bathroom renovation, we have updated our kitchen dining area and it looks fantastic. I thoroughly recommend her services.”

“After working with Lurleen for our home I was delighted to have her input again for the complete renovation of our beach holiday unit on the north coast. None of the small details were missed – she picked up on power & phone point changes, odd cupboard handles, air conditioning controls & vents etc. that could interfere with the overall look or cause problems later. After living in the home for some time now I can honestly say I still love her colour choices and finishes. In fact we are planning to use Lurleen’s services in renovating our beachside holiday unit. By patiently listening to our requirements, submitting drawings and plans for our consideration, organizing quotations and trades people, and keeping us informed at all times, Anne removed all the stress for us. Her professional knowledge was impressive and her friendly approach reassuring. Anne kept regular watch on progress and quickly had any problems resolved. The whole process was done to an efficient timetable with minimum inconvenience to us. The laundry is now a wonderful working space, functionally and aesthetically. We are delighted with our lovely new laundry. What a difference a skilled designer makes! It is now a few months since completion and doing the laundry has become a pleasure!”
