“It took us several years to find the right architect - Debra was recommended to us by two different people - by a builder who had worked with her and by a friend who was Debra's client.
Debra was able to design something that was a great home for the family and took advantage of the house's position and view - and she kept within our budget!
She is great at the technical and creative aspects of her profession, but the upsell with Debra is her relationship and communication skills. Our job ran smoothly - not only because of the quality of the workmanship of our builder who she helped us choose - but also because Debra's communication style was considered, open and consultative - she acted as the perfect go-between for us all and issues were resolved quickly and easily. We've had many friends whose building projects have turned into nightmares - but ours was very hassle-free and much of the thanks for that goes to Deb!”

The house functions incredibly efficiently environmentally in spite of our south facing and narrow frontage. Every view and aspect has framed beautifully and adds pleasure to each and everyday. We fall asleep watching the stars and appreciate way the sea breeze has been fully utilised to cool the house. We have loved entertaining our friends and family in our delightful new home.”

“Brent from Eight Six Design was the architect that created our fantastic new house. Its a single story 4 bedroom, cladded, colour bond roof with above ground concrete pool, wide entrance hall and lots of deck
He did a wonderfull job and was always eager to help with any changes and worked well with the all the trades as required.
His design has had many people asking us about him and we have referred new cutomers already. We had very little trouble with a build that had to be 1.5 meters off ground level and could have been very difficult, Brents ability to see potential faults and deal with council and certifiers made our project run like a well oiled machine.
I can't thank him enough and would reccomend Eight Six Design very highly.”
