Terrible communication, have emailed and called multiple times over a couple of days only to be told via email they are not printing for the next few days and our order will come next week. It’s already been 8 days and it looks like the order won’t leave for another 3 days at best. Very disappointed as this was a gift for our son’s 5th birthday. Won’t get here until a week after his birthday now. Now I need to buy another gift for him to open on his birthday!

I ordered a black & white photo mural of my kids to put on the wall between their rooms, absolutely love the look. Great print, easy to install, prompt service. Thank you, Martin

We ordered custom colour and black and white photo collage for our walls. Love the colour it is great. Don't recommend black and white to people at all however. The whole thing is just gray scale, the blacks are not anywhere near as black as the images themselves and due to the materials that the pictures are placed on not being a stark white, the white is not a crisp white either. We have ended up with better quality images using sticker photos from Big W, sadly makes it an expensive project to have paid to have it done with this company and all again as separate stickers. If you are thinking colour, go for it, if you have black and white photo project, don't do it.

Ordered custom photo mural back in October. The process on the website is quite simple and quick. Got response within couple of days. After reviewing the art work all my adjustments were quickly done. The team listened and act professionally. Got the print out less than two weeks from the order. Few photos were pixeled and straight after I mentioned this to the seller got everything reprinted within a week. Put the art on the wall today and it looks just great. Certainly will order again from this company.

I wanted to pass on to you that we’re over the moon with our wall sticker – the artwork looks incredible and has knocked everyone’s socks off! It looks better than we imagined. The colours are more saturated than we thought possible (a good thing!), the joins are perfect and it looks so great in the space. After finding this terrific idea at the Decor and Design Trade Fair in Melbourne, Australia I decided that the excellent quality of product that this company offered was well worth a try. I sent in an image to have an entire wall done at my client's house. After a false start of the wallpaper being printed too short for the wall. Jen swooped in and reprinted it for me and sent out installers to reinstall the wallpaper. I have to say that I was super impressed with the professionalism of the company and their willingness to help me in that situation. I would most definitely use this company again as the quality of the product is fantastic and after viewing how easy it was to remove the wall paper and replace it I am completely convinced that it is a fantastic addition to any home or commercial space.

Great product, easy to apply and readjust. Super quick turn around A++ Only comment is the raw edges is more noticeable on dark images, other than that its a perfect product!

Wonderful service. Lovely designs. I used them in a bathroom showroom and they make my displays look amazing. Quick turnaround and great workmanship!! I'm even going to look into putting it in at home!!!

I can't speak highly enough of The Wallpaper Company. We are a digital agency and contacted Jen to produce a very large photo image for our boardroom sliding doors.
