“After working with Lurleen for our home I was delighted to have her input again for the complete renovation of our beach holiday unit on the north coast. She was keen to hear what we anted to achieve and challenged us with fresh ideas and up to date solutions. She gave us access to unique furniture and fittings as well as helping solve problems of space, sunlight, salt corrosion, sand and heavy use. The result is both unique and outstanding in the area with our rental clients now booking many months ahead to secure the unit for their holidays. We totally enjoyed the process and continue to enjoy the result. When we planned the move into our new home, it soon became obvious there was far too much to accomplish and plan without some help. Painting colours, wall treatments, changes in door configuration & hardware, flooring, window coverings, shelves, light fittings, furniture, cupboards and more. The list seemed endless, however with Lurleen’s expert help every detail was listed and accomplished without fuss – she even managed the process while we were overseas for several weeks. I found working with Lurleen was a joy. She took all my ideas and gave me options I hadn’t even thought of, her attitude was positive and practical. She had good contacts to tap into and also did quite a bit of research on specialty items such as my dining room light fittings. None of the small details were missed – she picked up on power & phone point changes, odd cupboard handles, air conditioning controls & vents etc. that could interfere with the overall look or cause problems later. After living in the home for some time now I can honestly say I still love her colour choices and finishes. In fact we are planning to use Lurleen’s services in renovating our beachside holiday unit.
