“We would like to thank Don Considine from IKW consulting Group Pty Ltd. For his exceptional professionalism, help and advise in our recent VCAT case. We recently had carpet laid throughout our house by Solomons Flooring Dandenong. It was laid terribly, to the point that it was unfixable. We were getting no where with Solomons denying anything was wrong we did not know where to turn to as we paid $12,850 to Solomons Dandenong for the carpet and installation. We eventually contacted The Carpet Institute of Australia and that's when Don Considine and IKW Consulting Group was recommended to us. We called IKW and Don came out to inspect the job and wrote up an unbiased report with photos after his expection of the job. We then used his report and also hired Don to be an expert witness for us in our VCAT case. The ruling went in our favor and we recieved all our money back from Solomons flooring Dandenong plus they had to pay all our VCAT fees. We could not of done this with out Don and we are not sure what the result would have been with out Don's expert help and advise.
