As with any colour, you have to consider how other colours in the room with impact. This is particularly so with white. For example the hue in floorboards and floor coverings will reflect off the white and impact the final result as will, room direction and seasons. For natural white to look peachy, there must be other factors at play, for example, golden tone flooring with a room facing daytime sun (north in southern hemisphere or south in northern hemisphere.)

lots and lots of good comments. but it all depends on your goal. i recommend to my young clients to very clearly identify what your goal is ie. just moving out for fun, to live in to next, to create financial security and to have your mo ey work hard for you. And the earlier you start, the better. So, My people start on a planned path that steps them through the process to get to their goals. so, for you, you have to consider the current economy and laws, and your financial situation. At the end of the day, you must buy the right property in the right area at the right price and theres ways of working this out easily. Remember, buying and investment property is about one thing only: Money. And if it isnt makingyou money eitber by capital growth or rent do t do it.

I looked up outdoor tables in Travertine / Marble. Found a company in a different state to where I live that imports them from Overseas. They showed many designs from Italy but I picked an abstract in sand coloured Travertine with marble, abstract, angular pattern centre with modern design in black , white & choc. At 150cm round , 4cm thick , weighing 75kgs. Rock solid and looks beautiful with natural imperfections in the travertine ( a little rustic ). Can imagine it useful for many generations.
