Comments (11)My husband started a tradition after we were married: he made the coffee and brought it into the bedroom so we could enjoy a quick chat before he headed off to work and I got up to ready the kids for school. Now that we're retired, we take turns making the coffee and usually sit to enjoy it in the family room while we check emails or catch up on the news feeds. Life isn't so hectic for us now and I'm so glad we still share the morning coffee tradition....See More

8 years agoWell firstly you can shut up with all your damn questions until I've had my coffee! (j/k :) )
But first coffee in bed. Then smoothie breakfast in bed. Then coffee in bed. Then the dogs'll make it pretty obvious (see attached photo) that if I don't take them outside and give them their peanut butter toast there's going to be trouble with a capital "T-for-terrier" (their interior decorating skills are sub-par).
