Hi, thanks for getting in touch. The cost of construction was approx. $700K. This included for approx. 110sqm of renovated area and approx. 178sqm of new area. The level of selections was economical to suit this budget. Hope this helps as a guide.

Desert Steel There is something about having a piece of art fabricated by a sculpture and even more so when it is done with such quality and flare. You will see the sculpture has embraced the strong lines that natures flora provides along with giving us the ability to place them strategically within our garden rooms. Even mixing actual growing plants with the sculptural flora really introduces a ‘trompe-l’oeil’ or trick of the eye into the presentation. Another way of using this art skill is to provide a feeding platform for chosen bird life and maybe dissuading the ever eager for a free feed Sulphur-crested Cockatoo’s who notoriously collect in large flocks. Think of controlling the way the feed is dispersed or supported. If it’s a platform that is hard for such large birds to sit on then they will go elsewhere. Looks interesting. Does this plan extend beyond the property to the street kerb, borrowing space from public realm? I assume that is the public footpath running straight through. How will it look along the streetscape. Can people park at kerb and walk across. Where do bins get placed for collection. Do you have image of one you have done?
